HRDcorp

Introduction

This program kicks off with the understanding of the problem – Global Warming & Climate Change impacts and goes on to provide a comprehensive overview of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations and GHC protocol for Scope 1, 2 and 3 for all categories of businesses.  The purpose of this learning is to raise awareness of ESG in general and selected indicators in particular, especially in the Malaysian context, and gives insight to the broader impact of a company’s operations beyond its direct activities (Scope 1 and 2 emissions) and delve into the indirect emissions associated with its supply chain (Scope 3 Emissions). By addressing the three ESG pillars & indicators, this learning aims to enhance transparency, identify areas for improvement, and align the company’s sustainability efforts with stakeholder expectations.
