ACTIVITY I: MULTIPLEN CHOICE QUIZ
These multiple-choice quiz questions would help create an engaging quiz on Agile Leadership and Sustainable Leadership Foundations. There will be 10 questions. Candidates will register nand use their mobile phones to answer their question

Module 3: Cultivating Collaborative Culture

  • Creating an environment of psychological safety
  • Fostering collaboration and cross-functional teams
  • Inclusivity and diversity in Agile leadership

Activity II: Collaborative Culture Assessment

Objective:To assess and improve the collaborative culture within the organization.

Instructions:

  • Will have participants work in small groups to conduct a collaborative culture assessment within the organization.
  • Will provide them with a set of questionnaire or interview format to gather feedback from their members.
  • The participants to analyze the data, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Each group present their findings and recommendations to the larger group.

Discuss potential strategies for cultivating a more collaborative culture based on the insights gained.

  • Sense-making in complex environments
  • Decision-making under uncertainty
  • Managing risk and embracing change

Activity III: Complex Scenario Analysis

Objective: To navigate complex situations using agile thinking.

Instructions:

  • Participants will be provided with a complex, real-world scenario that therganization has faced or might face.
  • Participants will be asked to analyze the scenario, considering factors like uncertainty, changing requirements, and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Will instruct them to create an Agile-inspired plan for addressing the situation, including iterative feedback loops and adaptability.
  • Participants to present their plans and discuss how Agile principles can be applied to navigate complexity effectively.

Module 5: Continuous Improvement And Innovation

  • Agile frameworks for continuous improvement
  • Encouraging experimentation and learning
  • Promoting a culture of innovation

Activity IV: Innovation Pitch Competition

Objective: To encourage participants to develop and pitch innovative ideas in a competitive setting.

Instructions:

  • Divide participants into groups to develop innovative solutions or products related to your industry or organization.
  • Have participants to create brief pitches (elevator pitches) for their ideas, focusing on the problem, solution, and potential benefits.
  • Organize a pitch competition where candidates present their ideas to their peers.
  • After all pitches, there will be time for questions and feedback from the facilitator or audience.
  • Announce winners based on criteria such as feasibility, creativity, and potential impact.

Module 6: Agile Team Leadership

  • Environmental and social responsibility in Agile
  • Sustainable product development and delivery
  • Measuring and reporting sustainability metrics

Module 7: Integrating Sustainability Into Agile Practices

  • Participants work in groups to tackle a design challenge with ESG criteria
  • Presenting design concepts and justifying ESG choices

Activity V: DISCUSSION & SUGGESTIONS:

Objective: To encourage participants to discuss and suggest what are possible integration of sustainability in the sector

We will be looking into the importance of integrating sustainability into its operations to meet growing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) expectations from stakeholders. This to ensure that their related services are aligned with sustainability principles and regulations. We will discuss some of the possible ways to integrate Sustainability into Agile Practices and their possible outcome.

Module 8: Case Studies And Practical Application

  • Real-world examples of successful Agile leadership
  • Applying Agile leadership principles to specific scenarios
  • Group projects and presentations

Activity VI: MINI CASE

Objective: To develop solutions with the knowledge acquired

Background:  A syndicate mini case will be provides to the groups to develop suggestion and solutions to overcome their challenges related to sustainable Agile leadership.

Module 9: Reflection

  • Reflecting on personal growth and development as an Agile leader
