Course Overview

This 1 Day Masterclass equips participants with an enriched and immersive experience in accelerating ESG initiatives within a corporate organisation by integrating Inner Development Goals (IDGs) with ESG principles to foster lasting, purpose-driven, and sustainable change within their organizations. Especially designed for those who may not have started ESG / or have started and progress is slow, this program will help participants understand the What & Why of ESG.

Through an extended duration of interactive discussions, workshops, and activities, participants delve deeper into discovering their purpose, aligning their values with sustainability, grasping the profound significance of IDGs, communicating their value effectively, brainstorming comprehensive implementation strategies, and committing to tangible personal actions that shape a more sustainable future. It will provide participants an overview of what’s needed for capacity building of IDGs that will accelerate the ESGs.

By the end of the program, participants will leave with a personal action plan for incorporating ESG, SDG and Inner Development, into their daily work practices, the knowledge and skills to promote a culture of sustainability focused on inner development, in their workplace.

  • Participants are introduced to a deep self-reflection exercise to unearth their personal connections to sustainability and ESG principles.
  • Participants explore how their authentic sustainability identity can be a driving force for change within their organizations.
  • An exploration of individual purpose with ESG goals leading to a more purposeful and sustainable approach to work, aligning with the IDGs, is shared.

Aligning Purpose with Sustainability

  • Participants are introduced to an exploration of their personal purposes and how they intersect with sustainability and ESG objectives.
  • Participants are exposed to the potential for Inner Development Goals (IDGs) to enhance the alignment between individual purpose and sustainable change.
