Introduction

This 5-Day program is tailored for PLC/ SME / MSME Leaders and Teams to identify and initiate the inclusion of ESG and the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), (as an accelerator to the adoption of ESG)  to potential organizational priorities  and propose recommendations for growth and business improvement. Authority compliance and attraction of Green financial support and investments will automatically be achieved.

By the end of the program, teams would have worked on real ESG challenges, where they would apply the Inner Development Goals (IDGs)  tools and skills to accelerate progress towards positive business impact and sustainability.  In the course of the program, project teams will gather data, seek advice from internal ESG Team leaders and provide real time data on project progress utilizing the skills learnt during the ESG and IDG sessions.

Focus

The focus is on critical ESG business themes that require improvement, particularly using the IDGs to accelerate progress. Teams will take on different project themes; for which they will work on collecting data and input to define the problem statement and move on to making observations and ideation to provide recommendations through a final presentation on Day 5. Participants will be assessed on a number of criteria that will be required to be demonstrated both as individuals, as well as teams on the effectiveness and viability of applying ESG + IDG tools and skills to workplace business issues.

Participants will uncover the intrinsic connection between inner growth and sustainable progress, enabling each participant to be a catalyst for positive change. This dynamic training showcases the will to execute impactful actions that lie within each one of us, and the downstream effects that ripple across ESG reporting, business impact, talent engagement, profitability and other crucial strategic priorities.

Results

By the end of the program, participants will gather sufficient exposure to pinpoint potential project areas in their businesses where ESG and IDG could be incorporated for better business performance, that can lead to further action planning, back at work.
