HRDcorp

Introduction

This highly practical and unique ESG Xcelerator LAB, is designed to empower individuals and organizations with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to drive lasting and impactful sustainability initiatives. This program is tailored for Project Teams to monitor ESG project progress and provide empirical evidence of acceleration by running simulations, check cost-benefit  analysis,  propose recommendations to management and confirm projects, utilizing state-of-the-art software and hardware to derive data from project progress. By the end of the program, ESG Project Teams would have worked on real ESG challenges, where they would apply the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) tools and skills to accelerate progress towards positive business impact and sustainability.  In the course of the 1-month journey, project teams will gather data, seek advice from internal SMEs and provide real time data and visibility of progress during interim reviews and updates afforded through a project management app and technology that will be part of the tools provided in the LAB. The focus is on critical ESG business themes that require improvement, particularly using the IDGs to accelerate progress. Teams will take on different project themes for which they will work after formal sessions and at work collecting data and inputs to define the problem statement and move on to making observations, surveys and interviews and ideation to provide recommendations to senior management at the end of the program and then decisions may be made to continue working on the projects or not. During the journey there will be opportunity for teams to bring up issues and concerns and seek guidance from project sponsors, work mentors, peers and program facilitators and coaches for ongoing changes and improvements.
